He contends: (1) The State charged him under the wrong subsection of RCW 9A.36.031; (2) the court erred when it denied his motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of an unlawful arrest; and (3) the evidence does not support the courts finding that he used excessive force in resisting the officer. We affirm.
